I’m glad you’re here.

What is most important to you? MOST people would say their relationships–spouse, children, friends, family–are far more important than their job or social commitments.  Yet somehow Life can take over, and these very relationships get neglected.

Healthy relationships take some work. Sometimes it can be hard and messy. Sometimes we feel like giving up. And that is why this space was created–to give tools, encouragement, HOPE when needed.

My hope is that you will find encouragement here.

“Your eyes are windows into your body. If you open your eyes wide in wonder and belief, your body fills up with light.”
                                 Matt. 6:22,  The Message

I blog here mostly about marriage and relationships, sharing things I wish we had known along the way, but mostly learned from the school of hard knocks. I spent 20+ years helping people navigate relationship challenges, and I am passionate about sharing these tools with a wider audience, helping more people have resources for healthy relationships.

Under “The Good Marriage Project” you wilI find articles to encourage and equip you for a good marriage, along with curated resources that I have either used or reviewed, right here at your fingertips. Super easy. There will be stories of couples who have faced all kinds of challenges, sharing practical advice about how they handled these challenges in a way that made them stronger personally, and relationally.     Maybe YOU would like to share a story that would encourage other couples. Email me your story, and I’ll be in touch.

I also write about faith and personal growth, which are often intertwined. I am insatiably curious, and never want to stop growing, walking in the light as I know it.

This space is for you–so come in with an open mind and heart.

You are welcome here.

Please note: In the spirit of developing a respectful community, I reserve the right to delete comments that are rude, snarky or disrespectful. If you wouldn't say it to your mama, don't say it here.

  • You’re a woman after my own heart, Kathy! I’m eager to read more and learn from your wisdom!
